Before You Book
Outside Beverages
Bringing in outside alcoholic beverages is prohibited and violates Idaho state law. All alcoholic beverages must be supplied by Bertram’s and consumed on the premises. *Outside wine not on Bertram’s regular menu is the only exception.
Accessibility
The Mountain Room is located on the second floor of the Bertram’s Building, which was built in 1889. The building does not have an elevator, and the Mountain Room does not offer any ADA accommodations.
Capacity
We welcome gatherings of all sizes. With a maximum capacity of 85 guests, the Mountain Room is best suited for groups of 15-75 people, offering a comfortable setting for private gatherings and larger celebrations.
